I am currently working on the existing Ashtanga website to improve its overall visual experience, usability, functionality, and reliability. Rather than rebuilding the website from scratch, the focus is on progressively improving and modernizing the existing platform while keeping the business's existing e-commerce operations functional.
The goal is to gradually transform the existing platform into a more modern, intuitive, reliable, and user-friendly digital experience while maintaining the functionality required for an active Ayurvedic e-commerce business.
What I’m Working On
The work involves continuously identifying areas that need improvement and implementing changes across the website, including:
Redesigning and improving the overall UI/UX
Improving website navigation and content organization
Enhancing the online shopping experience
Improving product presentation and product discovery
Managing and updating existing products and their information
Adding and configuring new products
Optimizing WooCommerce functionality
Fixing existing functionality and usability issues
Improving the cart and shopping experience for customers
Adding and refining website sections and features
Improving the blog and content experience
Addressing technical issues across the WordPress ecosystem
Optimizing existing functionality through customizations where required
Improving and maintaining the responsive experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
Continuously testing changes and resolving issues that arise
Providing ongoing website maintenance, updates, and improvements
This is an ongoing website development and maintenance engagement, rather than a one-time project The ongoing work is focused on transforming the existing Ashtanga website into a more modern, user-friendly, and reliable digital platform while maintaining its day-to-day e-commerce operations.
As the business's requirements evolve, I will continue working on the platform by introducing new features, improving existing functionality, resolving issues, maintaining the website, making continuous UI/UX improvements and integrate emerging technologies such as AI to enhance the website's capabilities, improve customer experiences, and introduce smarter, more personalized functionalities.
